Sweet Baby Lilly products ordered via www.sweetbabylilly.com.au can only be delivered within Australia via Australia Post. At the moment, Sweet Baby Lilly in Australia is not able to process any international orders.
Sweet Baby Lilly will dispatch your order within 2 business days from the date of receiving your order, however goods can only be dispatched once payment is cleared. Risk in the goods passes to you when it leaves our warehouse. Sweet Baby Lilly cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items by Australia Post.

Shipping is FREE for all standard sized orders (maximum of 2kg) around Australia with a total order value of $130 or more. Sweet Baby Lilly charges a low flat fee of $12 for all standard sized orders around Australia with a total order value of less than $130.
All orders totalling over $150.00 in value, will be sent as registered post for security purposes. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is provided.
Sweet Baby Lilly accepts direct debit and the following credit cards: American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, your goods can be returned for an exchange or refund.
The returned item must be new (not dirty, used or washed), in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging, and sellable. We reserve the right to refuse a claim that does not meet these requirements.
Discounted products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
When returning a product, you must contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving the product, so they can assist you with your exchange or refund. For a refund, we will ask you to provide us with a valid proof of purchase and copy of the online delivery note. This is to ensure we can process return credits to the original purchaser of the product.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered; or
- We do not deliver to your area or State or Territory; or
- If one or more of the products you ordered was listed with incorrect information for whatever reason including but not limited to price and/or description; or
- If your payment was declined by your financial institution; or
- You have not complied with our Terms and Conditions of Use.
For a refund, goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Otherwise we will try to replace the product with a product of similar or equal value if the original product is not available. A replacement product will be dispatched within 2 business days from the date of receiving your returned product. Delivery will follow the details provided in our Delivery Policy.
Any return shipment postage costs, including express post, cannot be refunded.
Refunds can only be processed to the original purchaser of the item. All return credits and refunds are processed within approximately 7-10 days upon arrival of the returned item at our warehouse. Sweet Baby Lilly cannot be held responsible for any items undelivered by Australia Post.
